30-Day Returns

If you are not happy with your product for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of receiving your order.

To start a return, simply email us at:

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Your full name

  • The email address used to place the order

  • The reason for your return (optional)

Free Return Shipping

Once your return request has been approved, we will provide you with a free prepaid return shipping label via email.

Please do not send any items back before contacting us first, as we need to issue your return authorisation and shipping label.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method.

Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • The item should be in reasonable condition.

  • All original accessories and packaging should be included where possible.
