SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Rarewagon is a UK-based online retailer. Unless otherwise stated, products are shipped directly from our fulfilment partners and manufacturers located in China.

Order processing typically takes 2–3 business days.

Estimated delivery times are generally 7–10 business days after dispatch. These delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Rarewagon shall not be liable for any delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, weather events, transportation disruptions, force majeure events, incorrect delivery information provided by the customer, or any circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to the customer upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping details are accurate and complete. Rarewagon shall not be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

All products and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law.

  • Delayed delivery claims

Rarewagon's total liability arising from any purchase shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the relevant product.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability which cannot be excluded under applicable UK law.
